The handmade sauté pan with glass lid is pre-seasoned with rapeseed oil and provides even heat distribution thanks to the lightweight cast iron. Stainless cast handle with silicone insert and counter-grip offers a secure and comfortable hold both on the stove and in the oven — the silicone withstands about 220ºC.
