Crêpe pan 18 cm from Kockums Jernverk is made of 100% carbon steel. The 4 mm thick bottom provides even and energy-efficient heat conduction. The pan is seasoned with Swedish vegetable oils, which gives excellent frying properties and a good non-stick effect. The low edge and slightly angled inside make it easy to flip crepes. It works on all heat sources, including open fire and grill.
