Description

The de Buyer Swing Plus mandolin has a stainless steel ramp with a smooth surface that makes the food glide easily when you're slicing. The blades have a gripping surface for safe handling and the legs have non-slip feet. You can choose to create wavy, ridged or smooth slices of between 0.5 and 10 mm in thickness for your potato gratin, for example.
