Frying pan 28 cm Stainless Steel 5-Ply Mathias Dahlgren

Frying pan in stainless steel that measures 28 cm in diameter. A pan that Culimat has developed together with the top chef Mathias Dahlgren. The pan has a 3.5 mm thick frame which is built in 5 layers for optimum heat distribution.

The handle is comfortable to hold and welded to the pan for hygienic reasons as it makes the frying pan easier to clean.

A large stainless steel frying pan with really high performance that is great for cooking meat, fish or vegetables. Also withstands oven heat of up to 260°C.
