Fiskars popular frying pan All Steel is a winner in the kitchen. The frying pan was previously under the brand Hackmann, and the product is identical in its execution except for the packaging which has changed, as well as the name now being Fiskars.
The frying pan has a ceramic coating called "Ceratec", which gives great frying qualities while at the same time enduring higher temperatures than ordinary frying pans. You can flambé in the All Steel pan. The heat distribution in the All Steel pan is fenomenal. With the help of the Ceratec material the pan gets great frying qualities which elevate your cooking to the next level.
The All Steel pan retains heat very well. It is therefore recommended to lower the heat as soon as the pan reaches desired temperature.
Remember to always clean the pan before using it for the first time. Also clean the pan directly after using it. All Steel can be put in the dishwasher, but for longer durability and gentle treating hand washing is recommended.
